TAS Ventures Limited was formed in 2004 and since then has provided a wide range of services to diverse client companies.
We have worked with blue chip customers all the way down to sole traders. One thing is common throughout, however, and that is that we will treat all clients fairly and honestly; if we do not believe we can achieve a positive result we will always tell the client.
We recognise that a small problem may be as troubling to a small business as a large one is for a plc. We have a thorough understanding of the pressures which businesses of all sizes are labouring under in today’s competitive markets. We only provide POSITIVE advice and action. Nearly all our clients continue to use us again and again because we are efficient professional and our services are fairly priced. The range of services we can cover means that we can help clients across a number of their core business disciplines and our many years of experience in business guarantees our clients that the actions we take are experience, not theory based.

Management
TAS management, led by Neil Tribick, benefits from over 30 years top level experience in blue chip and SME environments. We have built and sold multi-million pound companies and bought and sold others. That experience enables TAS and its associates to provide clients with class leading service and results across all the business disciplines TAS covers.
Our knowledge spans the food, pharmaceutical, metals, energy, trading and technology sectors. We have worked in large complex organisations and owned and managed our own smaller businesses too, so we are familiar with the different cultures involved. Our success at building our own companies for profitable sale ensures the advice we give clients is based on precedent, not just some theory from a textbook.
The TAS approach is based on a “can do” attitude. You give us a problem; we will try and solve it for you. If we feel the problem is so specialist that we require help to solve it, we can rely on our trusted panel of associates to assist.

Associates
We sometimes encounter situations where the level of detailed technical knowledge required to make progress warrants the expertise of a specialist. This could be a lawyer for advice in disputes, barristers to represent at Court, IT specialists to advise in business review situations, designers to help in complex marketing and so on.
Over the years we have therefore developed a team of expert advisors who will work for us and our clients when required. Because of our longstanding relationship with these experts, the cost of using them is reduced for you and we manage their activity, not you, leaving you free to get on with business.

Much of our business comes from personal recommendations. That says a lot about our excellent customer service. We like to keep things simple. We gather the evidence, assess it and take action. We prefer to get down to business as quickly as we can.
